Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines
• Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Deploy scalable AI models using APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Monitor model performance, detect model drift, and implement retraining strategies
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI-driven solutions
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related ML frameworks
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data processing pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring practices
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
