We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales and online bidding to join our team.
Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork & other B2B platforms
• Manage outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and client communication
• Identify and bid on projects (Upwork, PeoplePerHour)
• Craft effective proposals and support deal conversion
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline & CRM
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with CEO and tech team for smooth onboarding
• 1.5 - 2 years in the software/services industry
• Strong B2B lead generation & cold outreach experience
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & automation tools
• Upwork bidding & profile optimization expertise
• Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
