Must-Have Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with B2B platforms
Sales Navigator (LinkedIn) for lead research & outreach
LinkedIn prospecting & automation
Upwork bidding & profile optimization
for lead generation and email automation
Responsibilities
Lead generation through LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork & other B2B platforms
Managing outreach campaigns and follow-ups
Assisting in proposal writing & client communication
Maintaining CRM and lead tracking
Coordinating with the CEO and technical team to convert leads into projects
Requirements:
Experience in the software development industry
3+ years of experience in the software/services industry
lead generation, cold outreach, & sales funnels
Good communication & negotiation skills
Ability to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
