About the Role
As a Full Stack MERN Developer (Back-End Expert), you will primarily focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable server-side applications using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, while also supporting front-end integrations using React/Next.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize RESTful APIs, database schemas, and server logic.
Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of back-end systems.
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in testing, deployment, and code reviews.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Maintain technical documentation and follow ISO standards.
Stay updated with emerging back-end technologies and industry best practices.
2+ years of professional MERN stack experience with strong back-end focus.
Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Proven experience building secure RESTful APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations.
Working knowledge of React and Next.js for integration purposes.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially for night shift collaboration.
