Working Hours: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM (PKT)

About the Role
As a Full Stack MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions while working in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using the MERN stack.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with proper documentation.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver impactful products.
Participate in testing, deployment, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Optimize application performance for complex and large-scale systems.
Maintain technical documentation and follow ISO standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
2+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js & Next. js).
Strong front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Next.Js.
Solid back-end development skills using Node.js and Express.js.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, especially during night shift hours.
